HISTORY
First International Symposium was held in 1936 as the celebration of 80th Anniversary of Nikola Tesla. At that time “Nikola Tesla” Society was founded, with the main task to organize Institute “Nikola Tesla”. Nikola Tesla could not come due to old age.
Second International Symposium was held in 1956 at 100th Anniversary of Nikola Tesla. The main event was visit to newly opened Nikola Tesla Museum in Belgrade.
Third International Nikola Tesla Symposium was held in Zagreb in 1976, as the celebration of 120th Anniversary.
Fourth International Symposium was held in the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts in 1991 as the celebration of 135th Anniversary.
Fifth International Symposium was held again in the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts in 1996 as the celebration of 140th Anniversary.
